A prepared slurry base can simplify the starting portion of production while leaving formulation decisions, validated processes, and finished-product controls with the manufacturer.
PROCESS OVERVIEW
Six Manufacturer-Led Stages.
No single sequence represents every formulation or production line. Equipment, ingredients, batch design, and SOPs determine the actual process.
Melt
The manufacturer prepares the slurry according to its own validated equipment, SOP, and process requirements.
Formulate / Dose
Applicable actives or functional ingredients may be incorporated where compatible with the manufacturer’s formulation and validated process. SimpleSlurry does not provide dosing instructions.
Flavor & Finish
Flavor, color, acid systems, and other formulation components may be added according to the manufacturer’s formulation.
Deposit
The completed formulation moves into the manufacturer’s depositing and finishing process.
Finished Product Controls
The manufacturer remains responsible for finished-product testing, consistency, packaging, labeling, compliance, and release procedures.
